AccessoryCart.com will accept unused and un-opened item(s) 30 days from the date we shipped your order. All returns must be received within 30 days for a full refund. Once AccessoryCart.com accepts the returned item, we will refund the amount back to the buyer’s original payment method. AccessoryCart.com will only accept return item(s) that is unused and un-opened. Return or exchange will not be granted for item(s) that is opened, used or broken.
To Prepare a Return or Exchange
Please follow these 4 steps for a full-refund or exchange:
Email to obtain a Return Authorization Code:
Obtain a return authorization code by email at email@example.com. Write this code on the return slip and ship it with the item(s).
Please package your item(s) securely with all original packaging material. Insurance & Tracking are optional, but recommended to make sure a smooth return process.
Please ship the package with return item(s) and return slip to our office:

Once the return package arrive our office, we will inspect and verify the condition of the item(s). Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were sent for a full refund. Duties / VAT are collected by the custom of local Customs, which are non-refundable. AccessoryCart.com will not be responsible for loss or damage return shipments, as well as the cost of return shipments. AccessoryCart.com reserves the right to refuse any package.
